Originally founded by John Sewell in Tallahassee, we now provide full service adjusting and TPA services throughout the state of Florida. We have responded to every major storm since 1936. York STB has developed many solid business relationships with various Departments of the State of Florida. We offer third party administration of programs involving workers' compensation, auto liability, environmental cleanup and homeowners losses.
York STB Environmental, Inc. is a special division with an expertise in auditing and monitoring the clean-up process involving discharges from underground storage tanks (UST). Since 1994 we have conducted financial audits, inspected sites and adjusted over 6,000 UST claims. Our staff of insurance professionals, scientists and inspectors have extensive experience in dealing with governmental agencies and the environmental industry. Through our efforts, in conjunction with the regulatory agencies, we are making an impact on achieving a clean environment at reasonable costs.
