TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
• In the field as well as in the classroom. Due to our experience in the insurance industry, we understand the structure of a home and the claim process. We explain to the customer what is involved in the drying,restoration and rebuilding process.
• We are nationally certified Water Damage Restoration Technicians through the INSTITUTE OF INSPECTION CLEANING AND RESTORATION CERTIFICATION(IICRC, the national industry standard).
REPAIRS AND RECONSTRUCTION
We are able to reduce the overall cost of claims by saving structural items (sub-flooring, drywall, carpet, etc.) as well as reducing the long and short term concerns with structural damage and occupant health issues due to growth of mold, mildew, fungus and bacteria. We are able to determine whether the most cost-effective solution is to dry out and restore or tear out and replace. With the latest technology we are able to dry and restore everything from drywall and carpet to hardwood flooring at a fraction of the cost of replacement, and with much less inconvenience to the homeowner.
